This page is provided for product and user transparency. It is not a substitute for legal advice. If you use PuaintaBeacon on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, signing in, connecting a social media account, preparing a post, uploading media, scheduling content, submitting content for publishing, or otherwise using PuaintaBeacon, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use PuaintaBeacon. Your use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy and to any applicable terms, developer policies, community guidelines, music usage rules, branded content rules, and platform-specific requirements of the social networks you connect.

2. Service description

PuaintaBeacon is a web-based social media content management and publishing tool. It helps users and teams organize content, select media, write captions, configure platform-specific settings, connect social media accounts through official authorization flows, and submit user-confirmed publishing requests through official platform APIs.

The service is intended for users who own, manage, or have authorization to publish content to the connected social media accounts. PuaintaBeacon is not a social network and does not guarantee that a third-party platform will accept, publish, display, recommend, monetize, or keep any submitted content online.

Core product functions

  • Workspace-based content planning, drafting, scheduling, and publishing.
  • User-selected media library for videos, images, and other content assets.
  • Per-platform settings, such as captions, privacy or visibility options, interaction controls, content disclosures, and labels.
  • Connected-account management through official OAuth or platform authorization flows.
  • Publishing status tracking for drafted, scheduled, submitted, processing, published, failed, or attention-required posts.

3. Accounts, workspace access, and authorization

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PuaintaBeacon credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account or workspace. You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date.

When you connect a social media account, you represent that you own that account or have permission from the account owner to connect it and submit publishing requests. You may not connect accounts, access tokens, pages, profiles, or workspaces that you are not authorized to use.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, reviewing permissions, removing users who no longer need access, and ensuring that team members use connected accounts appropriately.

4. User content and content rights

You retain ownership of the videos, images, captions, drafts, schedules, metadata, and other materials you upload, create, or submit through PuaintaBeacon. You grant PuaintaBeacon a limited permission to host, process, transform, transmit, display, and submit that content only as needed to provide the service, including media preview, scheduling, API submission, status tracking, troubleshooting, security, and support.

Your responsibilities

  • You must have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed to upload, store, edit, schedule, publish, or otherwise use the content.
  • You are responsible for captions, hashtags, video content, visual elements, music, audio, images, likenesses, trademarks, brand references, and disclosures.
  • You must comply with copyright, privacy, publicity, consumer protection, advertising, endorsement, competition, and platform-specific rules that apply to your content.
  • You must review all content and settings before publishing. PuaintaBeacon does not verify that content is legally cleared or compliant with every platform rule.

No unwanted additions to published content

PuaintaBeacon is designed to submit the user-selected media and metadata chosen in the publishing workflow. You must not use the service to add deceptive or unauthorized watermarks, logos, promotional text, hidden references, or other materials that violate a platform's content sharing guidelines.

5. TikTok Login and Content Posting API use

PuaintaBeacon uses TikTok Login to let users connect their own TikTok accounts. After authorization, users may submit their own selected videos to TikTok through the Content Posting API if they complete the required publishing workflow.

User control before publishing

PuaintaBeacon does not publish to TikTok automatically after login or account connection. A TikTok publish request requires a user to select the TikTok account, choose the video, enter or edit the caption, select a privacy setting, review available interaction settings, complete any applicable disclosure controls, and explicitly confirm the publish action.

TikTok-specific requirements

  • Users must publish only original content or content they are authorized to publish.
  • Users must manually select the TikTok privacy or visibility option made available for the connected account.
  • Users are responsible for confirming whether comments, duet, or stitch should be allowed when those controls are available.
  • Users must disclose commercial content when the post promotes themselves, a brand, a product, a service, or a third party.
  • Users must apply AI-generated content labels when applicable.
  • Users must comply with TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation, Branded Content Policy, Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, developer policies, and all applicable TikTok requirements.

Unaudited or restricted API behavior

TikTok may restrict posting behavior, visibility options, daily publishing limits, account eligibility, or review status based on TikTok's own rules and API responses. PuaintaBeacon may block or limit a publishing attempt if TikTok indicates that the connected creator account cannot publish, cannot use a selected privacy option, exceeds a duration limit, exceeds a posting limit, or otherwise cannot proceed.

6. Prohibited use

You must not use PuaintaBeacon to:

  • Publish content you do not own or lack authorization to use.
  • Impersonate another person, brand, organization, creator, or platform account.
  • Submit illegal, infringing, misleading, fraudulent, hateful, abusive, harassing, exploitative, sexually exploitative, violent, or otherwise harmful content.
  • Spam platforms, evade rate limits, manipulate engagement, coordinate deceptive behavior, or misrepresent the origin or purpose of content.
  • Upload malware, scripts, tracking code, or content designed to interfere with systems or users.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, bypass access controls, compromise accounts, or use the service in a way that harms PuaintaBeacon or third-party platforms.
  • Use connected platform APIs in violation of applicable developer terms, platform rules, or user consent requirements.

7. Third-party platforms and services

PuaintaBeacon integrates with third-party platforms, including social media networks and infrastructure providers. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, policies, and technical limitations. PuaintaBeacon does not control third-party platform review decisions, account restrictions, API outages, policy enforcement, content moderation, ranking, visibility, comments, analytics accuracy, or publishing availability.

If a third-party platform changes its API, terms, app review status, scopes, rate limits, or access rules, some PuaintaBeacon features may stop working, require reconnection, require new review, or become unavailable.

8. Service availability, changes, and security

We aim to provide a reliable service, but PuaintaBeacon may be interrupted by maintenance, deployment, network issues, third-party API outages, security events, or other operational factors. We may add, remove, suspend, or modify features when needed for product, security, legal, compliance, or platform policy reasons.

You are responsible for maintaining backup copies of important content and for reviewing scheduled publishing queues. PuaintaBeacon is not responsible for missed posts, duplicate submissions, third-party processing delays, platform rejections, or visibility changes caused by third-party platforms or user configuration.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using PuaintaBeacon at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service, remove content, disconnect accounts, or limit features if we believe that you have violated these Terms, created risk for users or platforms, violated applicable law, or used the service in a harmful or unauthorized way.

Termination does not automatically delete content that has already been published to a third-party platform. You may need to manage or delete published content directly through the connected platform.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

PuaintaBeacon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, successful publishing, account approval by third-party platforms, specific content performance, analytics accuracy, or continued access to any third-party API.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuaintaBeacon and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, missed publishing windows, account restrictions, platform enforcement, or third-party API failures.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice through the service or other reasonable means. Continued use of PuaintaBeacon after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
