Social media operations for user-owned content

PuaintaBeacon helps teams publish selected video content through official platform APIs.

PuaintaBeacon is a web-based social media management tool for creators, operators, and businesses. Users connect their own social accounts, prepare their own videos and captions, review platform-specific options, and explicitly confirm before content is submitted for publishing.

Publishing control: The application does not publish automatically. The user selects the account, media, caption, privacy level, disclosure settings, and final publish action.

End-to-end content workflow

PuaintaBeacon is built around the steps a user naturally follows before a post is submitted to a connected social platform.

01

Connect social accounts

Users authenticate each platform account through that platform's official OAuth flow. Connected accounts remain visible in the workspace so users can choose exactly where to publish.

02

Choose media

Users select or upload their own video content from the workspace media library. PuaintaBeacon does not select media on the user's behalf.

03

Review post details

Users enter captions, select destination accounts, configure platform-specific controls, and confirm disclosures required by the platform.

04

Publish by confirmation

Publishing is performed only after the user completes the form and confirms the action. The app then tracks submission and processing status.

Product capabilities

The product focuses on repeatable publishing operations, clear account ownership, and reviewable content state.

Compose

Multi-platform post preparation

Create posts with media, captions, target accounts, scheduled time, and per-platform publishing options from one workspace.

Media

User-selected media library

Store and reuse images or videos that users upload or select. The publishing flow always starts from user-owned or user-selected content.

Platform-specific controls

Show the options each platform requires before submission, including visibility, interaction settings, disclosure choices, and content labels.

Workspace

Teams and approvals

Organize publishing work across workspaces with role-aware access, approvals, and a shared view of drafts, scheduled content, and published posts.

Status

Submission tracking

Track whether a post is drafted, scheduled, submitted, processing, published, failed, or requires user attention.

APIs

Official platform integrations

Connected platforms are accessed through their official APIs and OAuth flows rather than through shared credentials or scraping.

TikTok Login and Content Posting API integration

The TikTok integration is designed to keep the user in control of account authorization and every publish-related choice.

Account authorization

TikTok Login

Users connect their own TikTok account using TikTok Login. After authorization, PuaintaBeacon stores the authorization tokens needed to submit user-confirmed publishing requests.

  • The user initiates the connection from inside the application.
  • The user is redirected to TikTok for authorization.
  • The user returns to PuaintaBeacon after the OAuth callback completes.
  • The connected TikTok identity is shown to the user before publishing.
Video publishing

Content Posting API

Users can submit their own selected video to TikTok through the Content Posting API after they review all required settings.

  • The user chooses the video that should be submitted.
  • The user writes or edits the caption.
  • The user selects a privacy option returned for the connected TikTok account.
  • The user confirms the publish action before the request is sent.

TikTok publishing controls

The TikTok post form exposes controls that affect the final submission and helps users comply with platform requirements.

Privacy selection

The user must select who can view the post from TikTok-supported privacy options for the connected account.

Interaction controls

Comment, duet, and stitch controls are shown when available and can be disabled based on creator settings.

Commercial disclosure

Users can disclose whether the content promotes their own brand, another brand, or both, when applicable.

AI-generated content label

Users can mark content as AI-generated when that disclosure applies to the video being submitted.

Music and policy notice

The publishing flow points users to TikTok policy and music usage requirements before submission.

Processing status

After submission, the application shows that TikTok may need time to process the video before it appears.

Data use and permissions

PuaintaBeacon requests access only to support account connection, content preparation, user-confirmed publishing, and publish status handling.

Data or permission Purpose User control
TikTok Login data Used to identify the connected TikTok account and display it inside the user's workspace. The user starts the connection flow and can disconnect the account.
OAuth tokens Stored securely so the application can submit publishing requests authorized by the user. Tokens are tied to the user's connected account and can be revoked by disconnecting access.
Video and caption Processed only when the user selects content and prepares a post for submission. The user chooses the video, writes the caption, and confirms the final publishing action.
Privacy and disclosure settings Sent as part of the publishing request so the post uses the user's selected options. The user reviews and selects the options before submission.
Publish status Used to show whether a post was submitted, is processing, succeeded, failed, or requires attention. The user can review post state inside the workspace.

Operational safeguards

The application is designed for authorized users publishing their own content through visible, reviewable workflows.

No automatic publishing without confirmation

PuaintaBeacon does not automatically publish to TikTok after login or account connection. A publish request requires the user to prepare content and submit the post manually.

Official API based connection

The app uses platform OAuth and official APIs for account connection and posting. It does not ask users for their TikTok password and does not use unofficial browser automation to publish videos.

User responsibility for rights

Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to publish the selected video, caption, music, brand references, and any commercial or AI-generated content disclosures.

Disconnect and deletion requests

Users can disconnect connected accounts and request deletion of personal data associated with their account according to the Privacy Policy.
