This Privacy Policy is written to explain PuaintaBeacon's product data practices in plain language. It should be reviewed by qualified counsel before being relied on as a final legal policy for all jurisdictions.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to PuaintaBeacon, a web-based social media content management and publishing tool available at https://puaintabeacon.com/. It covers information processed when users visit the public website, create an account, sign in, use a workspace, upload or select content, connect third-party social media accounts, and submit user-confirmed publishing requests.
This Privacy Policy does not control the privacy practices of third-party platforms such as TikTok or other social networks. When you authorize or use a third-party platform, that platform's own privacy policy, terms, developer policies, and account settings also apply.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use PuaintaBeacon, we may collect and process the following categories of information.

| Support communications | Messages, email content, attachments, troubleshooting details, and support request history. | Provided by users when contacting support. |
3. TikTok Login and Content Posting API data
When you choose to connect TikTok, PuaintaBeacon uses TikTok Login to request the permissions needed to identify the connected TikTok account and submit user-confirmed video publishing requests through TikTok's Content Posting API.
TikTok information we may process
- TikTok account identifiers and basic profile information needed to show which TikTok account is connected.
- OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, token expiration data, and scopes needed to keep the connection available and submit authorized requests.
- Creator information returned by TikTok, such as nickname, privacy options, interaction restrictions, post availability, and maximum video duration, when needed to render the TikTok publishing form.
- User-selected videos, captions, privacy settings, interaction settings, commercial content disclosure choices, AI-generated content labels, and cover timestamp settings that are part of a TikTok publishing request.
- Publishing status, API response data, error codes, upload identifiers, and post identifiers needed to show the result of a submission and troubleshoot failures.
How TikTok data is used
TikTok data is used to connect the user's TikTok account, display the connected account, render available publishing options, validate user-selected settings, submit videos only after user confirmation, track publishing status, prevent invalid publishing attempts, support troubleshooting, comply with platform rules, and maintain security.
What PuaintaBeacon does not do with TikTok data
- We do not sell TikTok user data.
- We do not publish to TikTok automatically after login or account connection.
- We do not ask for or store TikTok passwords.
- We do not use TikTok data to create hidden profiles unrelated to the service.
- We do not add PuaintaBeacon watermarks or promotional branding to the user's TikTok video as part of the publishing request.
4. How we use information
We use information for the following purposes:
- Provide, operate, secure, and maintain PuaintaBeacon.
- Create and authenticate user accounts.
- Manage workspaces, roles, permissions, and team access.
- Store and display user-uploaded or user-selected content.
- Generate previews, schedules, content calendars, queues, drafts, and publish status views.
- Connect third-party platform accounts through OAuth or official authorization flows.
- Submit publishing requests to third-party APIs after user confirmation.
- Validate platform-specific requirements such as TikTok privacy options, creator settings, interaction controls, duration limits, and disclosure requirements.
- Detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to errors, abuse, unauthorized access, policy violations, and security risks.
- Respond to support requests and communicate service-related notices.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, security, and platform policy obligations.
5. How information is shared
We share information only as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, protect users, or follow user instructions.
Third-party platforms
When you submit a post, PuaintaBeacon sends the content and selected metadata required by the destination platform. For TikTok, this may include the selected video, caption/title, privacy setting, interaction settings, commercial content disclosures, AI-generated content label, cover timestamp, OAuth token, and other API-required fields.
Service providers
We may use hosting providers, database providers, storage providers, email providers, payment processors, monitoring tools, and other vendors that process information on our behalf. These providers are authorized to process information only as needed to provide services to PuaintaBeacon.
Workspace users
Information may be visible to other users in the same organization or workspace depending on their role and permissions, including drafts, schedules, media, connected account names, publish status, and approval history.
Legal and safety reasons
We may disclose information if we believe it is required by law, legal process, regulation, platform policy, security investigation, fraud prevention, user safety, or protection of PuaintaBeacon, users, third-party platforms, or the public.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and workspace records, comply with legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, and support operational needs.
Connected account data
OAuth tokens and connected account metadata are retained while the account remains connected. If you disconnect a TikTok account or revoke authorization, PuaintaBeacon will stop using that connection for new publishing requests and may delete or deactivate the associated tokens according to operational, security, and legal requirements.
Published content records
PuaintaBeacon may retain publish history, post metadata, API response identifiers, and status records so users can audit what was submitted and troubleshoot failures. Removing records from PuaintaBeacon does not automatically remove content that has already been published to a third-party platform.
Deletion requests
Users may request deletion of personal data by contacting support@puaintabeacon.com. We may need to retain some information when required for security, compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, backups, or legal obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, encrypted transport, token protection, role-based permissions, monitoring, audit logs, and secure operational practices.
No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Users should protect their account credentials, use strong passwords, review workspace membership, remove users who no longer need access, and disconnect third-party accounts that should no longer be used.
8. User choices and controls
- You can choose whether to create an account and what information to provide.
- You can choose whether to connect TikTok or any other third-party platform account.
- You can choose the video, caption, privacy setting, disclosure settings, and final publish action before submitting a TikTok post.
- You can disconnect connected accounts where the product provides that option or revoke access through the third-party platform.
- You can request deletion of personal data by contacting support.
- You can manage browser cookies through browser settings, though some cookies may be required for authentication and security.
9. Privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain personal information. To make a request, contact support@puaintabeacon.com.
We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, security requirements, platform policy, backup retention, fraud prevention, or the rights and safety of others.
10. Children's privacy
PuaintaBeacon is not intended for children. Users must be old enough to use PuaintaBeacon and the connected third-party platforms under applicable law and platform terms. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the service, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice through the service or other reasonable means. Continued use of PuaintaBeacon after an update means the updated policy applies.
